This commit includes files movement to newly created folder
using git-mv command and fixes references in cnic and bnx2x code
to each other.

files moved using following:
#!/bin/bash
mkdir drivers/net/bnx2x/
list=$(cd drivers/net/ && ls bnx2x*.[ch])
for f in $list; do
        git mv -f drivers/net/$f drivers/net/bnx2x/$f
done

Change 2wire transfer rate of SFP+ module EEPROM from 400Khz to 100Khz

Only files where David Miller is the primary git-signer.
wireless, wimax, ixgbe, etc are not modified.

Compile tested x86 allyesconfig only
Not all files compiled (not x86 compatible)

Added a few > 80 column lines, which I ignored.
Existing checkpatch complaints ignored.

In BCM8481 when link speed goes from 1G to 10M, driver received timeout
since the MAC clock hasn't synced yet with the new speed, so it is required
first to program the MAC with the new speed, and only then configure other
parameters
