The CSR SiRF prima2/atlas platforms are getting removed, so this driver
is no longer needed.

This is like commit 3d3451124f3d ("mmc: sdhci-msm: Prefer asynchronous
probe") but applied to a whole pile of drivers. This batch converts
the drivers that appeared to be around in the v4.4 timeframe.

<title>mmc: sdhci: sirf: Use the slot GPIO descriptor</title>

This driver is complicating things for no reason: the "cd"
GPIO can easily be retrieved from the device tree if present
using just mmc_gpiod_request_cd(), which will fetch the
descriptor from the device tree using the standard binding
just fine.

If the retrieveal is successful, we also request the IRQ.

As a result the private subdriver data can be removed
entirely.

This commit provides similar cleanups as commit 83eacdfa2529 ("mmc:
sdhci: disable the clock in sdhci_pltfm_unregister()") did for
unregister hooks.

sdhci-brcmstb.c and sdhci-sirf.c implement their own suspend/resume
hooks to handle pltfm_host-&gt;clk. Move clock handling to sdhci_pltfm.c
so that the drivers can reuse sdhci_pltfm_pmops.

The following drivers did not previously touch pltfm_host-&gt;clk during
suspend/resume, but now do:
  - sdhci-bcm-kona.c
  - sdhci-dove.c
  - sdhci-iproc.c
  - sdhci-pxav2.c
  - sdhci-tegra.c
  - sdhci-xenon.c

<title>mmc: sdhci-sirf: constify sdhci_pltfm_data and sdhci_ops structures</title>

The sdhci_pltfm_data structure is only passed as the second argument
of sdhci_pltfm_init, which is const, while the sdhci_ops structure
is only stored in the ops field of a sdhci_pltfm_data structure,
which is also const. Thus both kinds of structures can be const as
well.

Done with the help of Coccinelle.

Devices might save and restore tuning values so that re-tuning might not be
needed after a pm transition. Let drivers decide by pushing the
mmc_retune_needed() logic down to them.

The SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS macro deals with the CONFIG_PM options when
assigning the PM callbacks, thus it's not needed to control this when
using the macro. By removing the non needed #ifdef, the code becomes a
bit cleaner.

The mmc_execute_tuning() has already prepared the opcode,
there is no need to prepare it again at mmc_send_tuning(),
and, there is a BUG of mmc_send_tuning() to determine the opcode
by bus width, assume eMMC was running at HS200, 4bit mode,
then the mmc_send_tuning() will overwrite the opcode from CMD21
to CMD19, then got error.

in addition, extend an argument of "cmd_error" to allow getting
if there was cmd error when tune response.
