cxl: Remove driver

Remove the cxl driver that provides support for the IBM Coherent Accelerator Processor Interface. Revert or clean up associated code in arch/powerpc that is no longer necessary. cxl has received minimal maintenance for several years, and is not supported on the Power10 processor. We aren't aware of any users who are likely to be using recent kernels. Thanks to Mikey Neuling, Ian Munsie, Daniel Axtens, Frederic Barrat, Christophe Lombard, Philippe Bergheaud, Vaibhav Jain and Alastair D'Silva for their work on this driver over the years. cxl: Remove unnecessary cxl_pci_window_alignment()

cxl_pci_window_alignment() is referenced only via the struct pci_controller_ops.window_alignment function pointer, and only in the powerpc implementation of pcibios_window_alignment(). pcibios_window_alignment() defaults to returning 1 if the function pointer is NULL, which is the same was what cxl_pci_window_alignment() does. cxl_pci_window_alignment() is unnecessary, so remove it. powerpc/dma: use the generic direct mapping bypass

Now that we've switched all the powerpc nommu and swiotlb methods to use the generic dma_direct_* calls we can remove these ops vectors entirely and rely on the common direct mapping bypass that avoids indirect function calls entirely.
