Allow choosing the lock used by the control handler. This may be handy
sometimes when a driver providing multiple subdevs does not want to use
several locks to serialise its functions.

The output of "make versioncheck" told us that:

drivers/media/video/adp1653.c: 37 linux/version.h not needed.

After we take a look at the code, we can afree to remove it.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/media/* to use the
module_i2_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.

A pending cleanup will mean that module.h won't be implicitly
everywhere anymore. Make sure the modular drivers in clocksource
are actually calling out for <module.h> explicitly in advance.
