treewide: Add SPDX license identifier for more missed files

Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which: - Have no license information of any form - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial scan/conversion to ignore the file These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. module_param: make bool parameters really bool (drivers & misc)

module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy trick. It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. * Convert host drivers that still use hw_regs_t's chipset field to use the one in struct ide_port_info instead. * Move special handling of ide_pci chipset type from ide_hw_configure() to ide_init_port(). * Remove chipset field from hw_regs_t.
