Switch error injection testing from i915_inject_probe_failure
to ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION. Here taken out calls to
i915_inject_probe_failure and changed to use
ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION for the same functions.

Below functions are dropped from testing since I
couldn't hit those at module bind time, testing
these would just fail the tests. To include these
in test would need to find way to cause resetting in i915
which would trigger these:

intel_gvt_init
intel_wopcm_init
intel_uc_fw_upload
intel_gt_init with expected -EIO (-EINVAL is tested)
lrc_init_wa_ctx
intel_huc_auth
guc_check_version_range
intel_uc_fw_fetch
uc_fw_xfer

guc_enable_communication
uc_init_wopcm
..and all stages of __force_fw_fetch_failures

There are a gazillion files that depend on drm_print.h being indirectly
included via drm_buddy.h, drm_mm.h, or ttm/ttm_resource.h. In
preparation for removing those includes, explicitly include drm_print.h
where needed.

Move timer related utilities from i915_utils.[ch] to separate new files
i915_timer_util.[ch]. Clean up related includes.

Note: Arguably none of this should exist in i915 in the first place. At
least isolate it better.

timer_delete[_sync]() replaces del_timer[_sync](). Convert the whole tree
over and remove the historical wrapper inlines.

Conversion was done with coccinelle plus manual fixups where necessary.

With the previous cleanups, the last remaining user of __i915_printk()
is i915_probe_error(). Switch that to use drm_dbg() and drm_err()
instead, dropping the request to report bugs in the few remaining
specific cases.

It's not common for drivers to log bug filing requests to begin with,
but these cases are in init, which is most likely to be tested in CI and
least likely to be hit by end users anyway.

<title>drm/i915: Bypass LMEMBAR/GTTMMADR for MTL stolen memory access</title>

On MTL accessing stolen memory via the BARs is somehow borked,
and it can hang the machine. As a workaround let's bypass the
BARs and just go straight to DSMBASE/GSMBASE instead.

Note that on every other platform this itself would hang the
machine, but on MTL the system firmware is expected to relax
the access permission guarding stolen memory to enable this
workaround, and thus direct CPU accesses should be fine.

The raw stolen memory areas won't be passed to VMs so we'll
need to risk using the BAR there for the initial setup. Once
command submission is up we should switch to MI_UPDATE_GTT
which at least shouldn't hang the whole machine.
