<title>fbdev: Use _IOMEM_ infix for I/O-memory helpers</title>

Change the infix for fbdev's I/O-memory helpers from _IO_ to _IOMEM_
to distiguish them from other types of I/O, such as file operations.
The helpers operate on memory ranges in the I/O address space and the
naming should make this clear. Adapt all users. No functional changes.

<title>drm/i915: Implement dedicated fbdev I/O helpers</title>

Implement dedicated fbdev helpers for framebuffer I/O instead
of using DRM's helpers. Use an fbdev generator macro for
deferred I/O to create the fbdev callbacks. i915 was the only
caller of the DRM helpers, so remove them from the helper module.

i915's fbdev emulation is still incomplete as it doesn't implement
deferred I/O and damage handling for mmaped pages.

v4:
	* generate deferred-I/O helpers
	* use initializer macros for fb_ops
v2:
	* use FB_IO_HELPERS options

<title>drm/i915: taint kernel when force probing unsupported devices</title>

For development and testing purposes, the i915.force_probe module
parameter and DRM_I915_FORCE_PROBE kconfig option allow probing of
devices that aren't supported by the driver.

The i915.force_probe module parameter is "unsafe" and setting it taints
the kernel. However, using the kconfig option does not.

Always taint the kernel when force probing a device that is not
supported.

v2: Drop "depends on EXPERT" to avoid build breakage (kernel test robot)

Essentially this is a revert of commit d9d54a530a70 ("drm/i915: Put
future HW and their uAPIs under STAGING &amp; BROKEN").

We currently have no users for this config option. The last one was
removed in commit 8c26491f5853 ("drm/i915: Kill the fake lmem
support"). Drop it altogether; it's easy enough to resurrect if need
arises.

Inserting a Kconfig symbol that does not have a dependency (DRM_I915_GVT)
into a list of other symbols that do have a dependency (on DRM_I915)
breaks the driver menu presentation in 'make *config'.

Relocate the DRM_I915_GVT symbol so that it does not cause this
problem.
