So use the dev_fwnode() helper where applicable. gpio: Switch to irq_domain_create_*()

irq_domain_add_*() interfaces are going away as being obsolete now. Switch to the preferred irq_domain_create_*() ones. Those differ in the node parameter: They take more generic struct fwnode_handle instead of struct device_node. Therefore, of_fwnode_handle() is added around the original parameter. Note some of the users can likely use dev->fwnode directly instead of indirect of_fwnode_handle(dev->of_node). But dev->fwnode is not guaranteed to be set for all, so this has to be investigated on case to case basis (by people who can actually test with the HW). gpio: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. gpio: remove MODULE_LICENSE in non-modules

Since commit 8b41fc4454e ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations are used to identify modules. As a consequence, uses of the macro in non-modules will cause modprobe to misidentify their containing object file as a module when it is not (false positives), and modprobe might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message. So remove it in the files in this commit, none of which can be built as modules.
