Add mux table option. This is necessary for IP versions that has
gaps in the range of available clock sources (e.g. SAMA7G5).

This register read is a leftover of a previous read/modify/write. We now use
regmap_update_bits(), so we don't need it anymore.

When an AT91 programmable clock is declared in the device tree, register
it into the Power Management Controller driver. On entering suspend mode,
the driver saves and restores the Programmable Clock registers to support
the backup mode for these clocks.

If 'clk_hw_register()' fails, it is likely that we expect to return an
error instead of a valid pointer (which would mean success).

Now that we have clk_hw based provider APIs to register clks, we
can get rid of struct clk pointers in this driver, allowing us to
move closer to a clear split of consumer and provider clk APIs.

Since commit 1bdf02326b71e ("clk: at91: make use of syscon/regmap
internally"), clk_programmable_set_parent() is always selecting the
first parent (AKA slow_clk), no matter what's passed in the 'index'
parameter.

Fix that by initializing the pckr variable to the index value.
