Add platform support for the new IP found on sam9x60 SoC. For this version, if the peripheral clk is above 100MHz, the HALFR bit must be set. At over 4000 #includes, is the 9th most #included header file in the Linux kernel. To fix the over consumption on the VDDCore due to the TRNG enabled, disable the TRNG during suspend, not only disable the user interface clock (which is controlled by PMC).
