The blackfin architecture is getting removed, so this driver
is obsolete as well.

For Atari Falcon PATA support we need to check the current command
in its -&gt;sff_data_xfer method. Update core code and all users
accordingly.

There should be no functional changes caused by this patch.

<title>gpio: Include linux/gpio.h instead of asm/gpio.h</title>

Most arches have an asm/gpio.h that merely includes linux/gpio.h. The
others select ARCH_HAVE_CUSTOM_GPIO_H, and when that's selected,
linux/gpio.h includes asm/gpio.h.

Therefore, code should include linux/gpio.h instead of including asm/gpio.h
directly.

Remove includes of asm/gpio.h, adding an include of linux/gpio.h when
necessary.

This is a follow-on to 7563bbf89d06 ("gpiolib/arches: Centralise
bolierplate asm/gpio.h").

<title>ata: use CONFIG_PM_SLEEP instead of CONFIG_PM where applicable in host drivers</title>

This patch fixes host drivers to use CONFIG_PM_SLEEP instead of CONFIG_PM
where applicable. Benefits of this change:

* unused code is not being compiled in for CONFIG_PM=y, CONFIG_PM_SLEEP=n
  and CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME=y configurations

* easier transition to use struct dev_pm_ops and SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() in
  the future

* more consistent code (there are host drivers which are using the correct
  CONFIG_PM_SLEEP checks already)

The patch leaves the core libata code and -&gt;port_[suspend,resume] support
in sata_[inic162x,nv,sil24].c alone for now.

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
platform_device instead of using dev_{get,set}_drvdata() with &amp;pdev-&gt;dev,
so we can directly pass a struct platform_device.

Also, unnecessary dev_set_drvdata() is removed, because the driver core
clears the driver data to NULL after device_release or on probe failure.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

<title>pata_bf54x: fix BMIDE status register emulation</title>

The author of this driver clearly wasn't familiar with the BMIDE specification
(also known as SFF-8038i) when he implemented the bmdma_status() method: first,
the interrupt bit of the BMIDE status register corresponds to nothing else but
INTRQ signal (ATAPI_DEV_INT here); second, the error bit is only set if the
controller encounters issue doing the bus master transfers, not on the IDE DMA
burst termination interrupts like here (moreover, setting the error bit doesn't
cause an interrupt). We now need to disable all those unused interrupts...

(The only thing I couldn't figure out is how to flush the FIFO to memory once
the interrupt happens as required by the mentioned spec.)
