This reverts commit 34feb2c83beb3bdf13535a36770f7e50b47ef299. Suresh Siddha points out that this one breaks the fundamental requirement that you cannot free page table pages before the TLB caches are flushed. The quicklists do not give the same kinds of guarantees that the mmu_gather structure does, at least not in NUMA configurations. Remove fs.h from mm.h

Remove fs.h from mm.h. For this, 1) Uninline vma_wants_writenotify(). It's pretty huge anyway. 2) Add back fs.h or less bloated headers (err.h) to files that need it. As result, on x86_64 allyesconfig, fs.h dependencies cut down from 3929 files rebuilt down to 3444 (-12.3%). x86_64: Use read and write crX in .c files

x86_64: Quicklist support for x86_64

This adds caching of pgds and puds, pmds, pte. That way we can avoid costly zeroing and initialization of special mappings in the pgd. A second quicklist is useful to separate out PGD handling. We can carry the initialized pgds over to the next process needing them. Also clean up the pgd_list handling to use regular list macros. There is no need anymore to avoid the lru field. move die notifier handling to common code

This patch moves the die notifier handling to common code. Previous various architectures had exactly the same code for it. Note that the new code is compiled unconditionally, this should be understood as an appel to the other architecture maintainer to implement support for it aswell (aka sprinkling a notify_die or two in the proper place) arm had a notifiy_die that did something totally different, I renamed it to arm_notify_die as part of the patch and made it static to the file it's declared and used at. avr32 used to pass slightly less information through this interface and I brought it into line with the other architectures.
