Remove fs.h from mm.h. For this, 1) Uninline vma_wants_writenotify(). It's pretty huge anyway. 2) Add back fs.h or less bloated headers (err.h) to files that need it. As result, on x86_64 allyesconfig, fs.h dependencies cut down from 3929 files rebuilt down to 3444 (-12.3%). microcode: use suspend-related CPU hotplug notifications

Add suspend-related notifications for CPU hotplug

Since nonboot CPUs are now disabled after tasks and devices have been frozen and the CPU hotplug infrastructure is used for this purpose, we need special CPU hotplug notifications that will help the CPU-hotplug-aware subsystems distinguish normal CPU hotplug events from CPU hotplug events related to a system-wide suspend or resume operation in progress. This patch introduces such notifications and causes them to be used during suspend and resume transitions. It also changes all of the CPU-hotplug-aware subsystems to take these notifications into consideration (for now they are handled in the same way as the corresponding "normal" ones). [PATCH] Fix microcode-related suspend problem

Fix the regression resulting from the recent change of suspend code ordering that causes systems based on Intel x86 CPUs using the microcode driver to hang during the resume. The problem occurs since the microcode driver uses request_firmware() in its CPU hotplug notifier, which is called after tasks has been frozen and hangs. It can be fixed by telling the microcode driver to use the microcode stored in memory during the resume instead of trying to load it from disk. Signed-off-by: Rafael J. Many struct file_operations in the kernel can be "const". Marking them const moves these to the .rodata section, which avoids false sharing with potential dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental writes at compile time to these shared resources.
