After fixing all the offending users referencing the global GPIO
numberspace in OMAP1, a few sites still remain including the
legacy &lt;linus/gpio.h&gt; header for no reason.

Delete the last remaining users, and OMAP1 is free from legacy
GPIO dependencies.

The only bit that is still in use is the OMAP_IH2_*_*
macros, so move them into the existing hardware.h file.

After the removal of the unused board files, I went through the
omap1 code to look for code that no longer has any callers
and remove that.

In particular, support for the omap7xx/omap8xx family is now
completely unused, so I'm only leaving omap15xx/omap16xx/omap59xx.

Most of the header files are no longer referenced from outside
arch/arm/mach-omap1, so move them all to that place directly
and change their users to use the new location.

The exceptions are:

- mach/compress.h is used by the core architecture code
- mach/serial.h is used by mach/compress.h

The mach/memory.h is empty and gets removed in the process,
avoiding the need for CONFIG_NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H.

The sram initialization code is the only shared omap1/2 code that
is not a standalone driver, but it is very short. Having two copies
of this code means some duplication of the sources, but actually
saves object code size as it can be inlined better.

The soc_camera driver is about to be removed, so drop camera
support from this board. Note that the soc_camera driver itself has
long since been deprecated and can't be compiled anymore (it depends
on BROKEN), so camera support on this board has been broken for a long
time (at least since 4.6 when the omap1_camera.c was removed from soc_camera).

<title>ARM: OMAP1: use IS_ENABLED() instead of checking for built-in or module</title>

The IS_ENABLED() macro checks if a Kconfig symbol has been enabled either
built-in or as a module, use that macro instead of open coding the same.

Using the macro makes the code more readable by helping abstract away some
of the Kconfig built-in and module enable details.
