The mach/*.h headers are now inaccessible to any external code,
so we can move them all into the mach-mmp directory itself
and remove the subdirectories.

A few headers are not used at all, so we remove them here.

The USB host drivers need platform data to be defined on
pxa168 and pxa910, but the conditionals used in the devices.c
file only work if the drivers are built-in. This patch
fixes the definition by changing the #ifdef to #if IS_ENABLED(),
which works both for built-in and modular Kconfig symbols.

I found one specific problem using 'randconfig' builds, but
for consistency, this patch uses IS_ENABLED() for all Kconfig
symbols in these three files.

Pull ARM SoC board specific changes (part 1) from Olof Johansson:
"These changes are all for board specific files. These used to make up
a large portion of the ARM changes in the past, but as we are
generalizing the support and moving to device tree probing, this has
  gotten significantly smaller.

The only platform actually adding new code here at the moment is
Renesas shmobile, as they are still busy converting their code to
device tree and have not come far enough to not need it."

arch code, move them from gpio driver to platform driver instead.

<title>ARM: delete struct sys_timer</title>

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:
http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg203686.html

Includes mach-omap2 fixes from Igor Grinberg.

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.

This moves such data out of the pxa include directories
