mm/slab: rename CONFIG_SLAB to CONFIG_SLAB_DEPRECATED

As discussed at LSF/MM [1] [2] and with no objections raised there, deprecate the SLAB allocator. Rename the user-visible option so that users with CONFIG_SLAB=y get a new prompt with explanation during make oldconfig, while make olddefconfig will just switch to SLUB. In all defconfigs with CONFIG_SLAB=y remove the line so those also switch to SLUB. Regressions due to the switch should be reported to linux-mm and slab maintainers. ARM: refresh defconfig files

A lot of Kconfig options have changed over the years, and we tend to not do a blind 'make defconfig' to refresh the files, to ensure we catch options that should not have gone away. I used some a bit of scripting to only rework the bits where an option moved around in any of the defconfig files, without also dropping any of the other lines, to make it clearer which options we no longer have. In the patch ("drm/panel-simple-edp: Split eDP panels out of panel-simple") we will split the PANEL_SIMPLE driver in two. By default let's give everyone who had the old driver enabled the new driver too. If folks want to opt-out of one or the other they always can later. This updates the RealView defconfig for the changes in the v5.14-rc1 kernel: - The Framebuffer CONFIG_FB needs to be explicitly selected or we don't get any framebuffer anymore. DRM has stopped to select FB because of circular dependency. - The CONFIG_FB_MODE_HELPERS are not needed when using DRM framebuffer emulation as DRM does. - Drop two unused penguin logos. Update the Integrator defconfig to the changes from the recent kernel cycles and especially the v5.9-rc1 changes. - Move options around as a result of Kconfig changes. - Drop the ZBOOT_ROM* stuff that doesn't exist anymore. - Add the syscon LEDs as used on the board for heartbeat and MMC traffic indication. - Add fixed voltage regulator support, this is used by the MMC controller for card voltage. - Select CONFIG_DRM_DISPLAY_CONNECTOR=y, the CONFIG_DRM_SIMPLE_BRIDGE was renamed when renaming the driver, but the simple bridge requires another bridge, the display connector bridge, in order to work, so this is required to have graphics working properly in kernel v5.9-rc1+ Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20200901082558.80388-1-linus.walleij@linaro.org Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij Signed-off-by: Olof Johansson

CONFIG_MMC_BLOCK_BOUNCE is gone since commit c3dccb74be28 ("mmc: core: Delete bounce buffer Kconfig option"). CONFIG_LBDAF is gone since commit 72deb455b5ec ("block: remove CONFIG_LBDAF"). CONFIG_IOSCHED_DEADLINE and CONFIG_IOSCHED_CFQ are gone since commit f382fb0bcef4 ("block: remove legacy IO schedulers"). The IOSCHED_DEADLINE was replaced by MQ_IOSCHED_DEADLINE and it will be now enabled by default (along with MQ_IOSCHED_KYBER). The IOSCHED_BFQ seems to replace IOSCHED_CFQ so select it in configs previously choosing the latter. CONFIG_CROSS_COMPILE is gone since commit f1089c92da79 ("kbuild: remove CONFIG_CROSS_COMPILE support"). Remove the CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER_PATH because: 1. It is disabled since commit 1be01d4a5714 ("driver: base: Disable CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER by default") as its dependency (UEVENT_HELPER) was made default to 'n', 2. It is not recommended (help message: "This should not be used today [...] creates a high system load") and was kept only for ancient userland, 3. Certain userland specifically requests it to be disabled (systemd README: "Legacy hotplug slows down the system and confuses udev").
