bond_reset() waits up to 2 seconds for IPv6 connectivity.
With default settings DAD itself may take almost 2 seconds,
causing flakes on debug builds. It used to flake once or
twice a week, recently it started failing once a day.
Probably some downstream changes to scheduler, or our machines
go busier.

A lot of selftests already use nodad, let's use nodad in bonding, too.
I don't see an obvious reason why DAD would be important to the test.

Add a regression test for the VLAN notifier handling that the netdev_work
deferral fixed.

A VLAN's real device propagates its UP/DOWN, MTU and feature changes onto
the VLANs stacked on top of it. This used to be done synchronously from the
real device's notifier and deadlocked when the real device was brought up
while enslaved to a bond (instance lock held across NETDEV_UP) and the VLAN
on top was itself a bond member: the synchronous propagation re-entered the
stack and took the same instance lock again.

The test covers both halves:
- that the deferred UP/DOWN, MTU and feature propagation actually lands on
the VLAN (link state and MTU use an ops-locked dummy, i.e. the deferral
path; features use veth, which exports vlan_features to inherit), and
- that the deadlock-prone topology - a VLAN on a dummy, with the VLAN and
the dummy each enslaved to a different bond - can be built without
   hanging.

Replace teamd daemon usage with ip link commands for team device
setup. teamd -d daemonizes and returns to the shell before port
addition completes, creating a race: the test may create the macvlan
(and check for its address on a slave) before teamd has finished
adding ports. This makes the test inherently dependent on scheduling
timing.

Using ip commands makes port addition synchronous, removing the race
and making the test deterministic.

Add a selftest to reproduce the infinite recursion in bond_header_parse()
when bonds are stacked (bond1 -> bond0 -> gre). When a packet is received
via AF_PACKET SOCK_DGRAM on the topmost bond, dev_parse_header() calls
bond_header_parse() which used skb->dev (always the topmost bond) to get
the bonding struct. This caused it to recurse back into itself
indefinitely, leading to stack overflow.

Before commit b7405dcf7385 ("bonding: prevent potential infinite loop
in bond_header_parse()"), the test triggers:

  ./bond_stacked_header_parse.sh

  [ 71.999481] BUG: MAX_LOCK_DEPTH too low!
[ 72.000170] turning off the locking correctness validator.
[ 72.001029] Please attach the output of /proc/lock_stat to the bug report
  [ 72.002079] depth: 48 max: 48!
  ...

After the fix, everything works fine:

  ./bond_stacked_header_parse.sh
TEST: Stacked bond header_parse does not recurse [ OK ]

selftests: bonding: add delay before each xvlan_over_bond connectivity check

Jakub reported increased flakiness in bond_macvlan_ipvlan.sh on regular
kernel, while the tests consistently pass on a debug kernel. This suggests
a timing-sensitive issue.

To mitigate this, introduce a short sleep before each xvlan_over_bond
connectivity check. The delay helps ensure neighbor and route cache
have fully converged before verifying connectivity.

The sleep interval is kept minimal since check_connection() is invoked
nearly 100 times during the test.

This patch adds a selftest that verifies netconsole functionality
over bonded network interfaces using netdevsim. It sets up two bonded
interfaces acting as transmit (TX) and receive (RX) ends, placed in
separate network namespaces. The test sends kernel log messages and
verifies that they are properly received on the bonded RX interfaces
with both IPv4 and IPv6, and using basic and extended netconsole
formats.

This patchset aims to test a long-standing netpoll subsystem where
netpoll has multiple users. (in this case netconsole and bonding). A
similar selftest has been discussed in [1] and [2].

This test also tries to enable bonding and netpoll in different order,
just to guarantee that all the possibilities are exercised.

We get a significant number of conflicts between net and net-next
because of selftests Makefile changes. People tend to append new
test cases at the end of the Makefile when there's no clear sort
order. Sort all networking selftests Makefiles, use the following
format:

VAR_NAME := \
	 entry1 \
	 entry2 \
	 entry3 \
# end of VAR_NAME

Some Makefiles are already pretty close to this.
