Remove pr_debug() for these xtables extensions, these have no use
these days. Still, turn pr_debug() into pr_info_ratelimited() in the
.checkentry path since this helps provide a hint via dmesg in legacy
iptables.

Exception is xt_IDLETIMER in the module init path, where pr_err() is
used.

Add missing pr_fmt() definition in xt_REDIRECT, xt_NETMAP and
xt_MASQUERADE.

Add missing \n to several pr_debug() that were translated to use
pr_info_ratelimited().

Replace WARN_ON calls with DEBUG_NET_WARN_ON_ONCE in the default switch
blocks of nf_tproxy_get_sock_v4 and v6. Unsupported transport protocols
are already safely handled by returning a NULL socket pointer. This
prevents unnecessary system panics when panic_on_warn=1 is enabled in
production systems.

When fetching the dst_entry from the skb, check if it valid, ie. this is
not a template dst, for extensions that can be used from the netdev
ingress and egress chains.

Add a new function to insert a pair of expectations, this is required by
the SIP and H323 NAT helpers. The spinlock is held to check if there is
a slot for both expectations, in such case, insert them.

This removes the need for nf_ct_unexpect_related() inside the loop to
find a pair of consecutive ports, otherwise inserting expectations whose
dead flag is already set on can happen.

Bump master_help-&gt;expecting for the expectation class after checking if
the expectation fits in the master expectation list, which is needed for
this new _pair() function variant to run the eviction routine including
the preallocated slot for the first expectation in the pair.

<title>net: Use helpers to get/set UDP len tree-wide</title>

Since BIG TCP for UDP tunnels will start using len=0 in the UDP header
as an indicator of a GSO packet bigger than 65535 bytes, this commit
introduces the following getter and setters to use tree-wide, in order
to explicitly mark places where len=0 may be expected, and handle them
properly:

1. udp_set_len() sets uh-&gt;len to its real value if it's not bigger than
65535, and to 0 otherwise: to be used in GSO context with aggregated
packets.

2. udp_set_len_short() is to be used when the length is known to fit 16
bits. It WARNs when the caller tries to assign a bigger value if
CONFIG_DEBUG_NET=y.

3. udp_get_len_short() returns len in host byte order: to be used on the
RX side to deal with non-aggregated packets, or to access the raw value
of the len field.

4. udp_get_len() decodes uh-&gt;len set by udp_set_len(). It checks whether
the packet is GSO to guard from malformed packets.

At the moment udp_set_len() is not used, a following commit will start
using it after enabling len&gt;65535 for GSO.

Raw uh-&gt;len (in network byte order) is still accessed in a few places
for checksum calculation purposes, and to decode len=0 in udpv6_rcv for
jumbograms. udp_rcv and udpv6_rcv will be addressed by the commit that
starts using udp_set_len() to set UDP len=0 for BIG TCP packets in UDP
tunnels.

Not a big deal but this hould have used the real ip header length and not the
base header size.  As-is, if there are options then
nf_skb_is_icmp_unreach() result will be random.

The following patchset contains Netfilter/IPVS updates for net-next.
More specifically, this contains conncount rework to address AI related
reports, assorted Netfiter updates and two small incremental updates on
IPVS:

1) Replace old obsolete workqueues (system_wq, system_unbound_wq)
   in IPVS, from Marco Crivellari.

2) Replace WARN_ON{_ONCE} by DEBUG_NET_WARN_ON_ONCE in nf_tables.
   In the recent years, reporters say that the use of WARN_ON{_ONCE}
   in conjunction with panic_on_warn=1 results in DoS. Let's replace
   it by DEBUG_NET_WARN_ON_ONCE so this is only exercised by test

Five patches from Florian Westphal to address AI reports in the conncount
infrastructures:

3) Fix missing rcu read lock section when calling
   __ovs_ct_limit_get_zone_limit().

4) Add a dedicate lock per rbtree tree, this increases memory
   usage but it should improve scalability.

5) Add a helper function to find the rbtree node, no functional
   changes are intented.

6) Add sequence counter to detect concurrent tree modifications
   and retry lookups.

7) Add locks to GC conncount walk and address other nitpicks.

Then, several assorted updates:

8) Defensive Tree-wide addition of NULL checks for ct extensions.

9) Bail out if flowtable bypass cannot be fully set up from the
   flow offload expression, instead of lazy building a likely
   incomplete one.

10) Fix documentation for the new conn_max sysctl toggle in IPVS.

11) Add nf_dev_xmit_recursion*() helpers and use them, to address
    recent AI reports.

nf_ct_ext_find() might return NULL if ct extension is not found.

Add also the null checks to:

- nfct_help()
- nfct_help_data()
- nfct_seqadj()
- nfct_nat()

This is defensive, for safety reasons.

nf_ct_ext_find() used to return NULL if the extension is stale for
unconfirmed conntracks if the genid validation fails.

Skip NULL check in nf_nat_inet_fn() given this is valid to be NULL
for non-initialized ct nat extensions.

While at it, fetch ct helper area in nf_ct_expect_related_report() only
once and pass it on to other ancilliary functions. Replace WARN_ON()
by WARN_ON_ONCE() in nf_ct_unlink_expect_report().
