Tegra only supports, and always enables, device tree. Remove all ifdefs
and runtime checks for DT support from the driver. Platform data is
therefore no longer required. Rework the driver to parse the device tree
directly into struct sdhci_tegra.

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.

This the definitions for the tegra sdhci driver out of
the tegra include directories, which is the last one
for this platform.
