drm/virtio: switch from ttm to gem shmem helpers

virtio-gpu basically needs a sg_table for the bo, to tell the host where the backing pages for the object are. So the gem shmem helpers are a perfect fit. Some drm_gem_object_funcs need thin wrappers to update the host state, but otherwise the helpers handle everything just fine. Once the fencing was sorted the switch was surprisingly easy and for the most part just removing the ttm code. v4: fix drm_gem_object_funcs name. Drop the dummy ttm backend implementation, add a real one for TTM_PL_FLAG_TT objects. The bin/unbind callbacks will call virtio_gpu_object_{attach,detach}, to update the object state on the host side, instead of invoking those calls from the move_notify() callback. With that in place the move and move_notify callbacks are not needed any more, so drop them. Most TTM drivers define the constant DRM_FILE_PAGE_OFFSET of the same value. The only exception is vboxvideo, which is being converted to the new offset by this patch.
