Since commit 0b30d57acafc ("drm/debugfs: rework debugfs directory
creation v5") we should be using drm->debugfs_root instead of
minor->debugfs_root for creating debugfs files.

As a rule of thumb, use a local variable when there are two or more
uses, otherwise just have the single reference inline.

Drop drm/drm_file.h include where possible.

Now that we don't include i915_drv.h via any headers from display, we
can reliably remove unnecessary i915_drv.h includes and be sure they're
not indirectly included. Add other includes where needed.

Going forward, struct intel_display shall replace struct
drm_i915_private as the main display device data pointer type. Convert
intel_display_params.[ch] and intel_display_debugfs_params.[ch] to
struct intel_display.

Some stragglers are left behind where needed.

Commit 8015bee0bfec ("drm/i915/display: Add framework to add parameters
specific to display") added the file intel_display_debugfs_params.c,
which calls the functions "debugfs_create_{bool, ulong, str}" -- all of
which are defined in <linux/debugfs.h>. The missing inclusion of this
header file is breaking the ChromeOS build -- add an explicit include
to fix that.

Currently all module parameters are handled by i915_param.c/h. This
is a problem for display parameters when Xe driver is used. Add
a mechanism to add parameters specific to the display. This is mainly
copied from i915_[debugfs]_params.[ch]. Parameters are not yet moved. This
is done by subsequent patches.

v2:
 - Drop unused predefinition (dentry)
 - Clarify need for empty INTEL_DISPLAY_PARAMS_FOR_EACH in comment
